How do I pick up my race packet in person?

Can I pick up my family member or friend’s race packet?
Yes. To pick up another participant’s packet, you must either bring a printed copy or email on a mobile device or their registration confirmation.
 
When will I receive my shipped race packet?
Participants should receive their race packets the last week in May.
 
I have not received my swag yet. What should I do?
If you have questions or do not receive your swag, please contact us at AToZRace@gmail.com.
 
How do I log my time?
We will not be collecting/recording race times. However, participants are encouraged to post race times and photographs on social media sites.
 
Can my registration fee be refunded? Can I transfer my registration fee to someone else?
All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
Is my race registration fee tax-deductible?
Epsilon Rho Lambda Foundation is a non-profit 501c3. Your entry fees cover the expenses of the event and you receive tangible/non-tangible goods in exchange for your registration fee, which include a safe and quality event. Typically, only donations above the registration fees that are made directly to the charity are eligible for tax deductions; however, you should confer with your tax professional if you have further questions.
