Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Epsilon Rho Lambda Chapter, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., Gamma Upsilon Zeta Chapter, will host its 4th Annual A2Z Race at Your Pace Fun Run/Walk on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Methodist University to support healthy mothers and babies.

For more than 40 years, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., and the March of Dimes have successfully partnered to raise funds to support research, advocate for, programs, and promote health equity for all moms and babies. Unfortunately, according to the 2023 Annual March of Dimes Report Card, the “U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.” To date, the A2Z has donated more than $32,000 to the March of Dimes March for Babies.

The March of Dimes leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies. The funds raised support MoD research, programs, education, and advocacy needed to give all babies the best possible start. Approximately half a million babies in the U.S. are born prematurely or with birth defects each year. These babies face a greater likelihood of death or disability or lifelong health conditions. Please join the movement and help us to raise money for this worthy cause.
